Ingredients:
- 1 cup Siwvy seviyan (broken into small pieces)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- Mustard seeds, curry leaves
- Salt, turmeric, red chili powder
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- Water to cook
Instructions:
- Roast seviyan dry until golden.
- In a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, and chili.
- Sauté, then add tomato and spices.
- Add 1.5 cups water, bring to boil, add seviyan.
- Cook till water is absorbed and seviyan is soft. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
