Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Siwvy handmade seviyan
- 1 liter full-fat milk
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2–3 crushed green cardamom pods
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Chopped almonds, pistachios, raisins (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan and lightly roast seviyan until golden brown.
- In a separate pot, boil milk and add roasted seviyan.
- Cook on low heat until seviyan softens and milk thickens.
- Add sugar and cardamom and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Garnish with nuts and serve warm or chilled.
