Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Siwvy handmade seviyan
  • 1 liter full-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2–3 crushed green cardamom pods
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Chopped almonds, pistachios, raisins (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and lightly roast seviyan until golden brown.
  2. In a separate pot, boil milk and add roasted seviyan.
  3. Cook on low heat until seviyan softens and milk thickens.
  4. Add sugar and cardamom and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with nuts and serve warm or chilled.
