✅ Eligible Returns:
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery
- You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity
To be eligible:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Share photos of the product and packaging
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened, partially used, or tampered food products
- Products returned after 48 hours
- Change of mind or taste preference
💸 Refund or Replacement:
Once we review and approve your claim, we will offer:
- A replacement of the product at no cost, or
- A full refund (in original payment method or store credit)

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
