Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Siwvy seviyan
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • Cardamom, dry fruits

Instructions:

  1. Roast seviyan in ghee until golden.
  2. Add water and cook till soft.
  3. Add sugar and cardamom. Cook till thickened.
  4. Garnish with nuts. Serve warm or pack in boxes.
