Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup roasted seviyan
- 500 ml condensed milk or thickened milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Crushed cardamom, saffron
- Chopped nuts
- 1 tsp rose water (optional)
Instructions:
- Roast seviyan and cook with milk and sugar until thick.
- Add cardamom, saffron, and rose water.
- Let it cool, then pour into kulfi molds or cups.
- Freeze overnight. Unmold and enjoy!
