Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup roasted seviyan
  • 500 ml condensed milk or thickened milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Crushed cardamom, saffron
  • Chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp rose water (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Roast seviyan and cook with milk and sugar until thick.
  2. Add cardamom, saffron, and rose water.
  3. Let it cool, then pour into kulfi molds or cups.
  4. Freeze overnight. Unmold and enjoy!
