Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Siwvy seviyan
- 1 liter milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4–5 chopped dates
- Chopped dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
- Raisins, saffron, cardamom
- 1 tbsp ghee or butter
Instructions:
- Soak dates in warm milk for 15 minutes.
- Fry dry fruits in ghee until lightly golden; set aside.
- In the same pan, roast seviyan. Add milk and dates.
- Cook until seviyan is soft. Add sugar and spices.
- Stir in fried nuts and saffron. Serve warm.
