Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Siwvy seviyan
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4–5 chopped dates
  • Chopped dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
  • Raisins, saffron, cardamom
  • 1 tbsp ghee or butter

Instructions:

  1. Soak dates in warm milk for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry dry fruits in ghee until lightly golden; set aside.
  3. In the same pan, roast seviyan. Add milk and dates.
  4. Cook until seviyan is soft. Add sugar and spices.
  5. Stir in fried nuts and saffron. Serve warm.
